Since 2020, I have worked as Associate Director for a leading land consulting firm providing oversight to a department of 4 Project Managers, Project Coordinator, Document Coordinator, over 35 active contract field agents, 40 simultaneous, early stage renewable energy projects, in 25 states, generating and managing $7M-$9M of revenue.
Client side: build healthy relationships with client leadership and developers, seek to understand company and project goals, provide partnership and insight to ensure project success, oversee scope, schedule, and budgets, continuous quality assessment and improvement, direct project management, training and oversight of field agents, organization, and reporting.
Consultant side: client management and growth, business planning, establish team goals, business development, proposal writing, budget/forecasting management, invoicing, reporting, staffing, recruiting, staff career development, performance reviews, PM and Land Agent training.

Sr. Project Manager leading over 40 acquisition agents and support personnel to acquire nearly 1,500 residential properties on behalf of New York State.
Negotiated easements for more than 200 miles of electrical transmission lines.
